Do you need admin access to my server?
Not for the free audit. We join as a normal member, or take a role with only View Audit Log. Admin only comes up on the paid Discord security audit and setup, if you choose the route where we do the work, and we agree the scope with you in writing first.
How fast do you reply?
Our aim: within 5 minutes, during the hours we cover. On round-the-clock plans, that’s 24/7.
What does the free audit include?
A 2-page report on your Discord server: (1) scam and bot risk, (2) reply times and coverage. We turn it around fast once we have what we need, usually just your server link. It’s free.
Do you work with Telegram groups?
Yes, we moderate Telegram groups too. The free audit covers Discord only. For Telegram, you fill in our security checklist from your group’s settings and send it back. We reply with a one-page review with a fast turnaround, and we never ask for access. Get the Telegram checklist.
How much does it cost?
Starter is from $1,500 a month, Core 24/7 from $3,000 and Full Community Ops from $5,000. Month to month, with no onboarding fee. Your final price depends on your community’s size and platforms. See the Pricing page.
How do I pay?
We take stablecoins only, USDC or USDT. Each invoice names the exact token and address.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans run month to month with 30 days’ notice. There’s no onboarding fee.
How do we get started?
Request your free audit or Telegram checklist, or message us on Telegram. We plan coverage around your members, messages per day and platforms, train the mods on your rules, FAQs and voice, then launch.
Are your mods verified?
Yes. Every mod gives us their real name and a government ID, and signs an NDA, before they start.
