Ambassador management
We run your ambassador program day to day, from onboarding to the weekly report. It is part of Full Community Ops only.
What problem does this solve?
A program needs someone running it every day. Without that, nobody sets tasks or tracks who did what, and rewards get messy.
What do ambassadors do?
- Create content.
- Take part in raids and other engagement.
- Help run events.
- Welcome and onboard new members.
Here, a raid means a coordinated push of posts and replies, not an attack on your server.
What do we run?
- Find ambassadors, with you.
- Onboard each ambassador.
- Set their tasks.
- Track who did what.
- Run a leaderboard.
- Help you pick rewards.
How do rewards get paid?
You fund the rewards. We send them from a wallet used only for your rewards. Every payout appears, with its transaction link, in a separate weekly ambassador report that also shows who did what. Only Ross holds the keys to the rewards wallet.
What do we need from you?
The rewards budget, funded by you. A say on which rewards go out.
