What does every plan include?
- Our aim: a reply within 5 minutes while we’re on. On Starter, that means the 12 hours you pick.
- A daily report from each mod in your mod group, and a weekly report from Ross: highlights, lowlights, suggestions and feedback.
- Ticket bot and auto-reply setup.
- A one-time audit and fix of your existing Discord server: we find the problems and clean them up, at no extra charge.
- Onboarding in month one: mod training on your voice, FAQs and rules, a shift schedule and launch.
What are the terms?
Month to month, with 30 days’ notice. No onboarding fee.
How is the audit and fix different from Bot setup and security?
The audit and fix is a one-time clean-up of what is already in your Discord server. Every plan includes it. Bot setup and security is the ongoing part: setup and upkeep, month after month.
Bot setup and security is part of Full Community Ops. Setting up a brand-new Discord server, with security built in, is the separate $500 job below.
What does the Discord security audit and setup cost?
$500, one time, apart from your monthly plan. One fee covers an audit and fix on an existing Discord server, setup with security built in on a new Discord server, or both. Discord only.
The free audit sees what a member sees. The paid audit goes into your settings: role and channel permissions, AutoMod, verification and CAPTCHA, 2FA for mod actions, and what each bot can do.
You choose how it runs. Either you give us a role and we do the work, which needs admin permissions, or we write a fix list or a setup blueprint from screenshots of your settings, and you apply it, which needs none. We ask for the least the work needs, and we agree it with you in writing before you create the role.
We agree the scope and turnaround of each job in writing before we start.
What if my community is only on Telegram?
On Telegram, you get our security checklist and a one-page written review of your answers.
What costs extra?
Plan prices cover our team and our work. Premium bots and paid subscriptions are billed to you at cost, on top of your plan.
Extra mods are available for busy months. Ask us before the month starts.
How do I pay?
We take stablecoins only. Each invoice names the exact token and address.
